Present study included 115 Pleural Effusion patients. Pleural fluid were collected and separated as Transudate and Exudate. Further analysis
determined the provisional diagnosis of exudates. Pleural Fluid C-Reactive Protein(CRP) concentrations indicated towards diagnosis and severity
of exudates. CRP in pleural fluid is a helpful tool in diagnosis and monitoring of pleural effusion patients.
