Trump Declared His Candidacy For 2024

These musings are the result of the fact that 2023 is shaping up to be a challenging year for the 76-year-old Floridian.
On November 15th, Trump announced his candidacy for the Republican presidential nomination in 2024 as a means of avoiding the Department of Justice and its pursuit of the numerous legal predicaments in which he is embroiled, including his participation in the January 6th, 2021 Capitol insurrection, his failed attempt to overturn the 2020 election, his hoarding of top-secret documents he took from the White House and hid in his Mar-a-Lago golf club in Palm Beach, Florida, civil anarch Twitter users, however, were having a field day with Trump's really sad news.

Final Words

Trump has sent his best wishes to "Strong American Patriots" and other loyal Americans. His New Year's message to "Radical Left Democrats, Marxist Lunatics," and Republican Senate Leader Mitch McConnell, included hints of irony.
