The sinners prayer, which is a prayer for salvation, is a prayer to ask God for forgiveness for your sins, confess your faith in Jesus Christ, and accept him as your Lord and Savior.
The first step in your relationship with God is to say a "salvation prayer."
If you think the Bible tells the truth about how to be saved, but you haven't become a Christian yet, all you have to do is pray this prayer.
You can say your own words when you pray by yourself. There's no special way to do it.
Just pray to God from the bottom of your heart, and he will save you.
Here are some prayers for salvationyou can use if you feel lost and don't know what to pray:

The Sinners Prayer

Dear God, I know that I am a sinner and that there is nothing I can do to save myself. I admit that I have no power to forgive my own sins or earn my way to heaven. At this moment, I only trust Christ because He died on the cross for my sins. I think He did everything I'll ever need for me to be able to stand in your holy presence.
I'm glad that Christ was raised from the dead because it means that I will also be raised from the dead. I now put my trust in Him as much as I can. I am thankful that He has promised to accept me, even though I have done many wrong things.
Father, I believe what you say. I'm glad that you saved me so that I can face death. Thank you for letting me know that you'll be there for me in the deep valley. Please listen to this prayer. In the name of Jesus. Amen.

A Prayer For Salvation

Dear God, I come to you in Jesus' name. I know I'm not right with You, and I want to make things right. I'm sorry for everything I've done wrong. The Bible says that I will be saved if I say "Jesus is Lord" with my mouth and believe in my heart that God raised Him from the dead (Rom. 10:9). I believe in Jesus with all my heart, and I say with my mouth that he is my Lord and Savior. Thank you for rescuing me! In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.

Prayer Of Confession

Lord Jesus, I know I've done wrong and I ask you to forgive me. Lord and Savior, please come into my heart. Take full charge of my lifeand use the Holy Spirit to help me follow in your steps every day. Thank you, Lord, for saving me and answering my prayer. In Jesus' name. Amen.
